Hello, I have a quick question about setting the baseline set definition. I have a program which asks the user to select a baseline set definition, and upon selecting, populates a second list with all the baseline sets within that baseline set definition. I have a for loop which searches through all the baseline set definitions in the module, and places their names in the first list.
for bsd in mn do { Problem is, when I go to set the active bsd to the one the user selected, I haven't been able to set the variable to point to the correct baseline set definition. With a module, you would use read(), with a baseline you would use load(baseline()), but I'm having trouble finding what the equivalent would be for baseline set definitions. Currently bsd just points to the last baseline set definition that the for loop finds.

Re: Baseline Set Definition Question Well, you could e.g. remember the complete BaselineSet in a global skip list with key=sequential number, and later load (=find) it from the skip list.
Or you could insert the complete bsd to the list view as client data, not only the name (this mechanism is described in https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/community/forums/html/topic?id=77777777-0000-0000-0000-000014680628, but it is undocumented, use at your own risk).
insert(dbeBSDList, iTemp, sbsdName[iTemp], bsd, iconNone)
...
void listViewSelectFunction (DBE lv, int i) {
BaselineSet bsd = (getClientData (lv, i)) BaselineSet

Re: Baseline Set Definition Question I ended up doing a skip list, thanks for your help. I am just surprised there is no way to physically point the variable to a specific baseline set definition.
